The application for the Summer Curatorial Program is now open! The deadline has been set on March 31th, 2016. We would like to remind you that our program is designed for people with some experience in any of the following areas of contemporary art: curatorial studies, theory and philosophy of art, art history, art management and art production, visual arts, fine arts, arts and new media, architecture, interior architecture, photography, interior decoration, installation, design, theater, scenic design and music, as well as university graduates in the cultural studies field and literary studies.
The program is also suitable for candidates who have acquired certain curatorial skills through practical experience.
To apply it is necessary to submit the application form together with a CV and a short resume explaining the reasons you are applying to the Course before the 31th of March 2017.
Art Farm’s artist residency program is for professionals, emerging or established, in all areas of the arts and humanities; offering accommodations and studio space to pursue their art in exchange for a contribution of labor of 12 hours per week to help renovate and maintain Art Farm’s buildings and grounds as well as other projects, suited to skills and temperament.
All who apply need to be self-motivated and resourceful and appreciate a quiet working environment. Art Farm’s location is semi-isolated and rural and because of this condition, co-operation, social tolerance and an ability to share tasks is helpful.
Art Farm’s artist residencies are available between 1 June and 1 November, with accommodations available for up to twelve residents at one time: collaborators and couples are welcome to apply. Residencies are also offered to families/partners.

The Art of the Album Design & Printing Competition is a challenge for artists to design and print a fictitious record album cover. Juried entries will be exhibited at the International Printing Museum during the 8th Annual Los Angeles Printers Fair on Saturday, October 1st, 2016.
The fictitious band must be named after a historic typeface (pre-1975), though it is not required to use that font in the design. Designers are encouraged to get creative using printing and typographic terms and themes throughout the design such as the name of the album, record compnay, concert location, etc. Juried entries will be featured in a traveling exhibition to various book arts centers, libraries, and museums around the country.
Campos de Gutierrez Residency Program – Open Call
The Campos de Gutíerrez Residency Program invites artists, designers, curators and art historians from around the world to develop projects on a historic homestead on the outskirts of Medellin, Colombia. The program was established in 2011 and is designed to facilitate processes of investigation, production, and exchange among residents and the local community.
During their residency, artists produce works to be exhibited in one of the Medellin’s many galleries and cultural centers. Critiques are an integral part of the residency experience and inform the direction of each exhibition.
Each residency session receives between four and six artists.
